Also, my current calorie count that I burn every day is at 1309...that's sitting still with no exercise.

That's really interesting. I'm 5 ft 2 (shorter than you) and my LBM is 110 pounds!!! That's been measured several times so I assume it's accurate. I guess that's why we should never really compare ourselves to each other, especially once we're at goal.
ReplyDeleteWow...is this 139 a new low for you LBG? Your analysis is super interesting. I wonder what my lean body mass is...hmmm... I'd love one of those aquatic tests where they weigh you while your fat is displaced by the water. :)
