YUM!
Sounds good. I never would have thought to throw some hummus in there!
ReplyDeleteWow! Hummus!?? Never would have thought! Bet it adds protein too!
ReplyDeleteThat does sound yummy... though I have NONE of that stuff here at home. LOL
ReplyDeleteI really must go shopping.
Looks delish...I'm going to put that on my to-do list.
ReplyDeleteI have all of those things in the fridge! Yay! That is on the menu tomorrow for sure.
ReplyDeleteLooks delish.
ReplyDeleteYum!
ReplyDeletehummus in quiche! brilliant!!
ReplyDeleteMmm, looks good!
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome idea! I keep a tupperware in the fridge for leftover veggies (a few florets of broccoli, a slice of grilled onion, a tablespoon of corn, etc.) and that would be great to throw in too to use up the leftovers. I usually just heat that up and call it a veggie blend, but it would be even nicer in a quiche.
ReplyDeleteLooks and sounds really good! Thanks for sharing the recipe. And Steph, thanks for the tupperware tip for veggies. I hadn't thought of that!
ReplyDeleteYummm!!! That looks delicious!! Quiche is like my favourite meal ever....except I used to make it with like four eggs, heavy cream and bacon. Hahaha no wonder I needed a lap band. This looks like a delicious alternative, thanks for the recipe!!
ReplyDeleteYum.. that quiche looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteI love Quiche!! I will be trying this recipe out.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could figure out an alternative to eggs. I have this HUGE aversion to them, but would love to be able to make more high-protein items. Cheese and chicken it is right now. LOL!
ReplyDeleteI'll have to experiment some more in the kitchen!
I love all of the ingredients! This could spell trouble!
ReplyDeleteTotally looks yummy!!!!!!!!
