  5. Hi there! I'm new to the banded blogosphere (and to being banded, it's been 5 days!) I noticed in my archives stalkings here and other places that you have your goal listed, but stay under it pretty much. Is that common? I have my "secret goal" of 145, but feel like I'd be thrilled at 155. Does being under goal mean that you are just at a good spot or is that a mental thing for you? Thanks so much for your help, I have found your blog so helpful in my journey so far (early as it is!)

    Yes, I've stayed under 145 lbs for about 13 months now. I originally chose my goal weight of 145 lbs. Then once I hit my goal and settled into maintenance, I use a range of 135 lbs - 145 lbs. As long as I'm in between those numbers, I'm good to go.
