Yes! My healthified shepherd's pie would be perfect in tiny casseroles. Also, I usually make baked spaghetti squash "alfredo" in muffin tins - that would work too.
Oh I want those! So cute. I think they would be great to do a chicken bake in... Just some boneless skinless chicken with a sauce that you normally like all hot and bubbly!
I love those little things... My mom has a dozen of them, they sell them in the HEB grocery stores here. But I never thought of them being perfect for portion control. I may need to get some for myself. What a wonderful idea. As for recipes... mmm... Pot Pies sound great or a fave casserole is King Ranch or Chicken, Rice, Cheese & Brocolli. Mmmm... Maybe find those that are low on calories.
Nice! You can stuff almost anything in those. Pot pie would be great with a thin puff pastry top.

ReplyDeleteI've been searching TJ Maxx and Marshall's for little red casseroles!! Would you mind sharing the brand or if you know where they were purchased?!

ReplyDeleteThose are adorable, how cool!
ReplyDeleteI use those type of dishes for any pie mixture recipes. With either a potato top or just a bit of pastry over the top.
ReplyDelete*LOVE* those! My kitchen is various shades of taupe/brown/red, so they would FIT perfectly into my kitchen theme!
ReplyDeleteOoh, I love it! If you find any good ones, let us know. :)
ReplyDeleteThose are super cute!! Do you know where they got them or who makes them?
