So Many Candles... So Little Cake

Yep, today is my 33rd birthday...

Here's a celebratory non-scale victory (NSV) for you:

Every January they make all of us Jazzercise students fill out a new info and participation card (A.K.A. "sign away your legal rights away" card).

The card has all kinds of YES or NO health questions on it.

This one question made me stop and think for a minute:

"Are you overweight (more than 20 pounds)?"

And do you see which box I checked?  
That's right, I checked the NO box!

What a great birthday present that is to myself:  not being overweight!
