One of My Breakfast Favorites!


This is one of my usual go-to breakfasts when I am at work.

A few dashes of Penzeys "Baking Spice" + A Splash of Torani SF Pumpkin Pie Syrup + Plain Greek Yogurt = Pumpkin Pie Yogurt (YUM!)

The Baking Spice contains: Cinnamon, Mace, Sweet Anise, and Cardamom

110 calories
16 grams protein

PS: I have also been known to add the Baking Spice to my cottage cheese pancakes on the weekends.  YUM!

  5. Sounds good! I have done something similar to this to my plain greek yogurt. But I used the spice instead of syrup. My fav thing for greek yogurt is a couple of packets of splenda, a shot of vanilla extract, and a shot of almond extract and some walnuts. YUMMM It reminds me of amaretto. Sooo good! I will have to look for this syrup though.
