ReplyDeleteHave a blessed afternoon.
12/31/11 will be my one year of reaching 60 pounds lost... one year anniversary. I think this is a great goal and I am looking forward to following in your footsteps, 14 days after you join I will as well :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for this information about the NWCR. In 2010 I lost 40 lbs for the 2nd time, so I really know how important it is to have a maintenance support group - for me more so than a weight lose group since losing weight got fun once I dropped a size or two.
ReplyDeleteThanks for metioning the Registry. I still have a while until I am at goal for 1 year, but it is something to keep in mind!
