Yummy Soup! Thanks Amy!

Thanks to Amy over at "Once Upon a Time in the Land of Cheese and Sunkist", I cooked up a batch of her yummy Creamy Chicken Divan Soup.

I halved the recipe and it made 6 x 1 Cup servings.  1 serving for tonight's dinner and 5 more went into the freezer.

YUM!

  2. Is that the calorie count you wrote above the date? That 200 number? If so, great idea. I used to do that with "points" when I did WW. And those containers are just the right size, they are hard to find--for me anyway. I finally just bought the glass pyrex ones...

  4. Yes, 200 cal and 21 protein, but I subbed low fat cream cheese and low fat shredded cheese and only had 9 oz of chicken on hand. Still yummy tho!

  8. Man...I need to make it again. It was so yummy! Did you eat it yet? You likey? When I posted on the blog someone mentioned they thought it would be high in calorie bc of the cream cheese but when you get so many servings out of it, its not bad!
