a loss of 1.4 lbs. 18.2 lbs to go to goal. AND 2.2 lbs to go to 100 lbs lost.
It seems that the weight loss really slows down as I get closer to my goal.
My band has really tightened up since yesterday...I forgot to take my allergy meds and I think that may be the culprit..who knows...?
Oh yeah, one last thing...I signed up for the 5k Breast Cancer walk in Chicago. Should be fun! A big thank you goes out to SARAH for being our team captain and organizer for this event.
