Weigh-in Day...and the results are...

A loss of half a pound...and officially in the 150's!  Yay!   159.7 lbs

I was expecting a bigger loss this week due to:
  • 3 Zumba classes
  • 1 Step class
  • Kept the calorie count to about 1200 per day
But I'll take it!

  1. A loss is a loss.... I assume the legs are shaping up, and muscle weighs twice as much as fat...All good !!
