Weigh-in Day & Flashback Friday

Goal weight: 145 lbs

Today's weight: 138.2 lbs (exactly the same weight as last week's weigh-in).

Now onwards to my monthly tradition.

On the first Friday of the month, we flashback in time...

Here I am in May of 2008 in front of the pyramids in Giza, Egypt. 
~245 lbs.
I remember that I "dieted" to lose 15-20 lbs before this trip.
Which I promptly gained back upon my return from my trip.
