Kitchen Tour vlog

Due to YouTube time limits, I had to cut off the end of the vlog.

  • The sugar free syrups are for my coffee, occasional protein shakes, but mainly to stir into my plain yogurt.
  • Did you see any bread or crackers? nope.  I don't bring them in the house.
  • Almost all of my poor food choices happen when I am out of the house, therefore, if I can keep my food environment at home healthy, then I can more easily keep myself on track.

  1. Very nice! Thanks for showing us around. I'm a big fan of chicken sausages - I get the little Al Fresco all natural, no MSG breakfast sausages. They have apple maple and blueberry maple - so good. 60 calories each and 2 of them make a perfect breakfast.

  2. Very interesting! I watched it with my husband nearby and he said "Wow, you've done almost all of the things she has." I told him, "Yeah, she's where I learned it!"

    BTW, we are both big fans of the Ling Ling Potstickers thanks to you. Oh, and he laughed about the number of little dishes you have. I have to admit, it's really fun buying small dishes.

    I can't remember the calories at the moment but the Classico Light Alfredo sauce is pretty darn good!

    I agree with you on your fav yogurt! That brand is mine too!
