  2. I know you're completely right. I just can't seem to get to the appetite suppression part. Or get back to it, I should say. I've been there, I LOVED it. Would like to go back to my happy place sooner rather than later.

  8. I get what you are saying, but I think there are circumstances when its about restriction. For me I am a binger, when I was at my worse I could eat half a large stuff crust pizza and pints of icecream at a time and I would just eat and eat and eat! The moment I was not uncomfortable I was back to food in my mouth. i have bad times, but now that abuse of food is taken away, my restriction stops me from the true binge potential I have and forces me to think about what my true problem is because it takes away the food I was using to medicate me.
    But to each their own as long as the bands is working for you and you find your niche it doesnt matter how you use your tool !!
