You are a great example! Thanks for your follow up post regarding calories. I really think I need to decrease my caloric intake in order to accelerate the weight loss.
That's awesome. I've been keeping a spreadsheet too and may post it when I reach 1 year from my surgical consult (1/22/11.) I am so happy for you and a little jealous of the pace you've been keeping up! Awesome job, I hope you're proud and happy with yourself. Also, it just goes to show the wonders of keeping data. I love looking back on a "bad day" and seeing that I'm still lighter than a month ago no matter what I feel like.
You've inspired me to do the same :)
ReplyDeleteDid you exercise faithfully during your first few months? I started a spreadsheet too when you posted the last one. Thank you! :)
ReplyDeleteWow they are very impressive figures. Think I might also have to start a spreadsheet.
ReplyDeleteCongrats! You have shown steady, constant improvement! You are a shining example!
ReplyDeleteThanks Everyone! Nikki, I didn't exercise until about 3 months post-op

ReplyDeleteLove your spreadsheet! I'm all about seeing the big picture like that -- really brings it all home how much progress has been going on! :)
ReplyDeleteI love a good spreadsheet, too, so may have to do something similar. You are such an inspiration! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteI just did a spreadsheet like this. Thank you for posting and for being an inspiration to us all.
ReplyDeleteYou are definitely an inspiration to all of us :)
