First of all, it's weigh in day today and I weighed in at 165.4 lbs. That's a total loss of 90.6 lbs. Less than a 1 pound loss this week. I think because I didn't exercise at all this past week I have lost some muscle and therefore weight lost in general...
Anyways, I'm back from Vegas and had a great time visiting with my sister. We do a yearly "sister trip" since we live so far away from each other, me in Oregon, her in Florida.
We stayed at TheHotel (part of Mandalay Bay)...very chic and no noisy slot machines in the lobby :)
It was HOT! Over 100 F everyday.
Yeah, I pretty much ate everything in sight...Panda Express Orange Chicken, Chocolate Cake, Ice Cream, Cookies, I could go on and on and on....
MAJOR NSV (Non-Scale Victory) from the trip: The check-in agent at the airport questioned my ID photo, since I look so different now...maybe it's time to get a new ID?
