A loss of 1.6 lbs. That's a total of 75.1lbs lost so far.
I am noticing that the weight is coming off slower now than the first 5 months or so. I averaged 10 lbs a month loss before and now it's about 5 lbs loss for April...
Could it be because I am exercising (ZUMBA!) more? or maybe this is just par for the course? very mysterious....
I think that is normal, it comes off a little quicker at first but then not so much. Still very good, though!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on 75 pounds down! That is amazing. I can't wait to be there too. Can't even imagine it right now, its such an accomplishment. That makes sense that that the weight loss would slow down the further out that you are. Especially with all the exercise you are doing. You go girl!!
ReplyDeleteI'd be over the moon with 5 lbs a month... Actually slow is good because you adjust mentally as you go down instead of continually seeing it as a miracle, which could send your expectations too high and make you feel despondent when you don't achieve it. It's great, well done!!
