Weigh-in Day & Flashback Friday

Goal Weight: 145 lbs

Today's Weight: 142.8 lbs

Onwards to my monthly tradition.

On the first Friday of the month, we flashback in time...

Here I am at the office:
October 2009 ~ 255 lbs
Yesterday (August 2012)
No wonder vendors, sales people, and other work peeps who I rarely see at the office, occasionally don't recognize me. Ha!

PS: Did you see my early wake-up call on Facebook this morning?

  2. Absofreakinglutely!!! Although I do have to tell you that you are a beautiful woman even at your high weight--you are clearly a radiant and more confident beauty today! Plus---you rock the color orange! How many people can do that??? Love the necklace too!
You are truly an inspiration and fun to boot!
Thanks for your kind comments on my blog!
It's always nice to get them!
    Onward!

  3. I love looking at your flashback pictures! It's crazy how I can see the "now" you hiding in the "then" you. Like Judi above me, you were always a beautiful strong woman..but now...now mama...you are smoking!! You just seem so much more comfortable in your skin now. You know a lot of people say that it hurts them when people tell them they look/seem like a different person and they always say "I'm still the same person though!" But really, it does CHANGE you. It changes your priorities, the way you feel about food, the way you celebrate, the way you cope with stress, the way feel about yourself, the way you act/feel around other people/groups.

  5. I so can't wait to do this! Love the glasses by the way and the hair. Truthfully you were beautiful at the higher weight and still are, but I can imagine feeling much healthier, more confident and enjoying life more! Great reminders!

  7. I love this idea too. It's such a visual of how different your body must feel carrying so much less weight - there is space between the side of your body and your arm, between the desk. I agree you are pretty in both, and you look like "you" in both. I feel that a lot with the extra weight - and can imagine stepping out of it and not having to carry it.

  9. However many I see of these, the difference always blows me away. The biggest non-size change though, has to be how exhausted you look in the first picture compared to how raring to go you are in the second.

Ha ha. Yes I have the same alarm at the moment. Mine comes with a funny little squeaking sound. xx

  11. AMAZING!!! It's time....I have decided....it's time you meet my son THE DOCTOR.....
My matchmaking credentials are pretty impressive......I have a 95% marriage rate! Not that I think you you need to get married! I just think you two would be a good match....for so many reasons!!!! Which I can explain later!
Email me from my blog if you have any interest in 'meeting' my magic eyed boy! I can't guarantee anything but I have this 'feeling'....
I will figure it out from there.....
    Onward!
