Weekly Weigh-In & Down on the Ground

Goal Weight: 145 lbs

Today's Weight: 139.8 lbs
I remember that when I was a fatty, sitting on the ground was hard.

It was a pain in the ass (literally) to get down onto the ground.

It was even more of a struggle to figure out how I would lift my body up off of the ground when it was time to stand up. 

Would there be a chair or table nearby that I could use to pull myself up?

Or maybe there would be someone to help me up?

I avoided sitting on the ground/floor a lot because of this.

Now with about 115 lbs off of my body, the ground is no longer my enemy.

For me, it's all these small things that add up to make my quality of life so much more enjoyable now.

are in a strawberry daiquiri wine cooler...

  4. The ground??! Really??? Now that is what I call an NSV! That will be awesome cuz currently, we (the floor and I) are NOT friends.

  5. That's so funny! I thought about the same exact thing when I was at work today, sitting on the floor and re-stocking the water refrigerator. SITTING on the FLOOR and not because I fell down but because I was there ON PURPOSE.

  8. Why is it that alcohol (other than beer) never really has calories listed on it? Interesting! I bet it said on the box how much that wine cooler was. LOL
