Thank You BOOBs!

There are so many things to tell you about the BOOBs weekend in Chicago.  Therefore, I have decided to do a photo montage.

First of all, there was some peanut butter cookie eatin' in bed.
You just can't start a vacation without some cookies:

Then there was a heated discussion about how the ideal bandster beverage
is water, Crystal Light, Miralax, and Malibu Rum.
Yeah, ummm...that's what may or may not be in that bottle that I'm spokes modeling:

A memorable breakfast with a few of my newest favorite bandster buddies
(far left: Becky & second from right Shannon).
Oh and don't forget the fabulous Stephanie and Julie too!

Did you know that roommates who offer to bring me my Starbucks in
bed in the morning are worth their weight in gold?
Here's my roomie Stephanie snugglin' under the covers.
Time to get up and fetch me my Skinny Caramel Latte Steph...
Seriously.  Go.  Now.  Mmmmkay?

You really can't trust other tourists to take centered photos:

Ridin' the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier.  Then we proceeded to get super nauseous on the swings that go 'round and 'round and 'round.  whew! Makes me sick just thinkin' about that.

The silver blobby bean looking thing at Millennium Park which
totally reminds me of the space ship from Flight of the Navigator movie.  Just sayin'

Non-scale victory alert! I heaved my ass up onto a cement wall that was about 5+ feet high.
Yep.
It happened.

Segways are sexy.  The end.

When was the last time you practiced your jazz hands?
The next time you're out and about (said in a Canadian accent), give those jazz hands a whirl.
You won't regret it.

You haven't had pizza until you've had deep-dish Chicago pizza.
YUM! I ate the whole thing.  Our little secret, OK?

What an BEAUTIFUL group of ladies!  Do you see Fluffy? She's there in the bottom left corner.

I would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to the lovely and talented organizers who planned our fun weekend.  Who knew that BOOBs 2.0 would be even better than BOOBs 1.0?!?
Their amazing spreadsheet skills put me to shame.  Thanks ladies!

  13. Hi, Just a note on points. On the old program (lots of people are still on it) you could pretty much count 50 calories as a point. We used to count calories, fat and fiber. Now we count carbs, protein, fiber and fat. There is just no way to relate a number of calories to what a point is now. Oatmeal went from two to four points and cottage cheese came down from three to two. Most things went up a point or two but they gave us more points to work with. Hope this is not more information than you ever hoped to get.
