I wish there was an "undo" button...

Last weekend's food choices and volume of food was TERRIBLE.

All those nibbles and tastes really added up.
My morning weigh-ins this week have been shocking...way too high.  I wish I could find the "undo" button for last weekend's food choices... 

My next fill is 9/28.  The earliest available appointment.  Sigh...

So, as a result I have been trying to get back to basics. 

I have been doing the full liquid diet (gasp! crazy, I know)...on Tues, Wed, and today.  I haven't had my protein shakes in many, many months...I forgot about how many options there are in soup aisle at the grocery store.  I usually like to get my nutrition from real solid foods...so it's been challenging.

I have been keeping up with my walking and Zumba classes (yay!)

We will have to wait and see what tomorrow's weigh-in will look like.

  1. If you do find that undo button, give me a shout, would you, please? I could use it on occasion, too. lol

    Okay, I know that you have heard this before but you do know that this entire process is about learning, progressing and finally reaching and living at a goal. It isn't about being perfect. No one who is doing this, with or without WLS is going to be perfect. All we can hope for is fabulous.

    And you are already that. :D

  4. Only 16.5 lbs to go!! That is great. I have a fill on Monday for the 1st time I an not sure if I need it.

  5. I love the idea of an undo button! Keep at it. Hopefully the liquids for a few days will cleanse and restart.

  6. Yep, I hear you on the undo button wishes. Good idea to get back on track by starting liquids again. You will be back to making good choices with your solids in no time. Hang in there!

  10. Zumba? Eek - I did a class here by dvd here at home and almost died! lmao.. go you for getting out there and doing it.
    I'm sure all the exercise will even out the not so good eating and even if it doesn't? Youll knock it back off in now time.
