From this day forward, yesterday will be referred to as "Double Workout Wednesday."

True that.

The sweat was a drippin'.

I rocked my usual Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD with my coworker peeps over my lunch break.

The Boyfriend ran seven (7!) miles on the dreadmill yesterday morning. Damn.

Then last night, we met up with another couple for some awesome-sauce skatin' at the local roller rink.

  3. Cool! I'm going roller skating on Saturday night with some ladies from my gym. (And that will be after trying Piloxing for the first time on Saturday morning. Google Piloxing and check out a video - it looks amazing. And hard.)

  5. You two are so cute. Roller skating always sounds good in theory but I've tried as an adult & it just doesn't work. I have ZERO balance! Let's just say it didn't end well

  6. My daughter reached her goal weight this year in part because she joined the Roller Derby Team last season. Skating three times a week for 90 minutes to 2 hours (training days) helped.
