I am a self proclaimed scale whore I usually weigh more than once a day but the only day that the number "counts" is Tuesdays. And I log all my weigh ins on my phone.
I weigh in on Wednesdays...that is the day I started my pre-op diet...I keep an excel spreadsheet that tracks everything including measurements...I also post it on my bloggy goodness. I love reading the weigh in post of others peoples as well!
I usually weigh myself daily, if not twice daily. It records on my phone as my weight changes. However, the only weight that I actually record on paper is monthly from the doctor's office.
I just got the lap band last Thursday and I am thinking that I am going to have Wednesdays be my weigh day so I am going to do my best to avoid the scale until then. The curiosity is already killing me. I already have a note in my phone that I've been tracking my weights and dates so I think I'll continue doing that. And, of course, updating my blog with it weekly.
