  2. My favorite work out would have to be biking on the beautiful trails and lake roads in my area, beautiful views!!

    1. Right now, working out, hasn't been happening......sigh. But last week, we cleaned TWO huge things and just moved my body for hours!

  6. I love my Zumba for the Xbox kinect!! I can get all zumba silly in my own house and not worry about people thinking i'm white girl crazy!!! :)

  9. I love to run but on days when I need a break the elliptical is the way to go. :)

  15. One mile jog with my pooch followed by a mile walk in the park! Happy Wednesday!

  16. My favorite workout is walking with my husband. It's a workout and time we get to spend together talking. My second favorite is Zumba.

  18. My favorite workout is a good legs day workout with my trainer. She pushes me to the limit and I feel like a warrior afterwards!

  20. My fav workout is Zumba . My workout that I " love to hate" is athletic conditioning...taught by a tri- athlete . I hate her class but only b/ c she pushes us sooooooo hard.
