Quick post...

I am trying to decide what to do for exercise today...step class at the gym or a 2.5 mile walk around the neighborhood....hmmmm.....


  1. where in the great pacific northwest? cause if you are close to Vancouver...the weather ain't looking to HOT! i wanna go and play outside but its not so promising! You are doing amazing by the way!

  2. As it is upper 90s with super duper humidity here, I say take advantage of the outdoors!

  3. I'm having a similar conundrum. I was going to go to spinning but after my first run yesterday, my whole body aches! I don't want to not workout, but what to do? For you, I vote step class, the time will go by faster and it'll be higher energy which will carry you through the day. BUT, if you're in a more mellow, introspective mood - do the walk. Let us know what you decide and how it goes! =)

  4. It was hot as hell here so I definitely would go for the step class.
