I'm having a similar conundrum. I was going to go to spinning but after my first run yesterday, my whole body aches! I don't want to not workout, but what to do? For you, I vote step class, the time will go by faster and it'll be higher energy which will carry you through the day. BUT, if you're in a more mellow, introspective mood - do the walk. Let us know what you decide and how it goes! =)
