That's what I call accountability.
Today's weight: 141.8 lbs.
Still below my goal weight of 145 lbs.

Yes! That would be a great blog. Include secrets to maintenance, as I am only 25 pounds away from goal. Maintenance to me is scarier than losing weight.

ReplyDeleteHey Girl! I am back… and with a vengeance and new motivation to turn myself around. I live a lot closer to you nowadays (Southwest) and will hopefully begin checking in more frequently. New lease on lap band with an new surgeon and ONWARD.
