Friday weigh in day!

I've been weighing-in every Friday for over FIVE and HALF years. 

Weekly weigh-ins are one of the secrets to my success. 

Accountability is KEY.

I'm still below my goal weight of 145 lbs!

Last weekend I went to my Mom's interval circuit workout class at her gym. What an intense workout. It reminded me of my Jillian Michael's Shred workouts: planks, push-ups, etc!

Mom's been keeping up with her daily visits to her gym and personal trainer for over a year now. I am so proud of her!

  2. Oh how I wish my mom would have been more active. I always remember her as being old and weak for most of my life.
