As others have said there are many reasons to have higher blood pressures, some of which you can't help, or fix. Let your doctor find out the what and why and the how to fix it. Well before I ever had ...Don't blame yourself. Well before I ever had an obesity problem, I had high blood pressure. It started in my very early twenties. It comes and goes, that's the funny thing. I'll go on meds and then my BP will get too low, so I get pulled off the meds---like I was last November and my insurance company used it against me. Then it'll go back up---like it did recently (despite losing 35 pounds). Now my doc is planning on putting me back on meds as soon as my stomach heals. There's no reason to blame yourself. There are MANY reasons people have high BP, most are unknown though. The important thing is that you've lost weight. Obesity definitely complicates high BP and makes it more dangerous. So at least you're normal weight now, that's the best thing you can do for yourself.Lee Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03347541178777323818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22446690464444325.post-33609812575957485852011-07-23T14:10:03.085-04:002011-07-23T14:10:03.085-04:00Boo.
