Last weekend I went to my Mom's interval circuit workout class at her gym. What an intense workout. It reminded me of my Jillian Michael's Shred workouts: planks, push-ups, etc!
Mom's been keeping up with her daily visits to her gym and personal trainer for over a year now. I am so proud of her!
